For professional practices

A monthly check-up for how your practice shows up online.

Every month we check how your practice appears on Google Search, Google Maps and in AI answers. Then we tell you what changed, what it means, and the one thing worth fixing next. No SEO vocabulary required.

Opening soon. We are not taking sign-ups yet. The prices and what each plan includes are published now, so you can see exactly what it will be.

What we check

Seven places a practice quietly loses ground.

None of these send you a notification when they go wrong. Hours drift, a directory copies an old phone number, a competitor adds forty reviews. You find out from a patient, or you do not find out.

Your website
Whether it loads, how fast it is on a phone, and whether search engines can read who you are, where you are and what you do.
Your Google Business Profile
Categories, services, hours, photos, questions and answers. The listing most people see before they ever see your site.
Directory listings
Your name, address and phone number on the listing sites that matter in your field, and whether they all agree.
Local rankings
Where you appear for the searches people near you actually make, and whether you are on the map.
Competitors
The practices that appear beside you, tracked month to month, so a change in your position comes with a reason.
Reviews
Your rating, how many reviews you have, and the pace they are arriving at. A strong rating that stopped growing reads differently.
AI answers
Whether AI assistants mention your practice when asked for a recommendation, and whether your site is readable to them.

Two scores

Are you being found, and is it set up right?

Those are different questions, so they get different numbers, and we never blend them into one.

Visibility

Whether people can find you: rankings, reviews, listings, your Google profile, and mentions in AI answers. It moves with the market, and with your competitors.

Health

Whether everything is set up correctly: your website, your profile, your details across the web. Every point lost maps to something specific that can be fixed.

The month

The same four steps, every month.

  1. We scan

Once a month, the same checks, run the same way. You do nothing.

  2. You get the report

A short PDF in your inbox and the detail in your account: what changed, what it means, and the one thing most worth fixing next.

  3. It gets fixed

By you, by whoever runs your website from our exact instructions, or by us. Every fix has a fixed price beside it.

  4. The next scan checks

A fix counts when next month’s scan stops seeing the problem. If it is still there, it goes back on the list.

What the scan can confirm is what it measures: page titles, structured details, name and address consistency, speed, rankings. Work the scan cannot see, such as new photos or holiday hours, is reported as done and nothing more. We would rather under-claim.

Plans

Three plans. The difference is who does the work.

Everything each plan includes

Plain dealing

What we will not do.

You have probably been sold search marketing before. This is the list we wish every one of those pitches had started with.

  • No ranking guarantees

Nobody controls Google. Anyone who promises you a position is guessing or lying.

  • No promises about patient numbers

We measure where you appear and whether it is accurate. We do not claim to know what that does to your appointment book.

  • No patient or client information, ever

We never ask for it, never hold it, and nothing we do needs it. Everything we check is already public.

  • No selling you a blank report

Some websites block automated checks. If ours cannot reach yours, we tell you before you pay, not after.

  • No zero where there should be a blank

When something could not be measured, the report says not measured. It never becomes a bad score or a problem you do not have.
